We Sealed Book Mormons have been commissioned to continue the restoration of the gospel that began with the Prophet Joseph Smith in the mid 1830’s through the Book of Mormon, translated from ancient records that gave rise to Mormonism in the 19th century. The Sealed Book that comes to us now, in the 21st century, was also translated by the Gift and Power of God from the Mormon plates, delivered to the prophet Berger in the present day by the angel Moroni in fulfillment of the prophecies about the sealed portion that would appear in the last days, in order to rescue the Church of Christ from obscurity and darkness.
